Rob is a graduate of the University of Colorado (B.S. 1982) and Florida State University College of Law (J.D., with honors, 1992). Mr. Samouce emphasizes his practice in the areas of the law of condominiums, homeowners associations, business and corporations, estate planning and general civil litigation, with concentration on construction defect litigation.

He is an active member of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of The Florida Bar; and a member of the Real Property and Trial Lawyers Sections of the Collier County Bar Association. He is the past President of the Community Associations Institute of Southwest Florida and a member of the Naples Gulf Shore Rotary. Rob enjoys golf, travel and snow skiing.
